Other Skills Required:

• Candidate should possess Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech / Arts and Science-Any stream) / Under Graduate (2015 / 2014 or previous year Passed outs) / candidates with backlogs up to 4 papers can also apply / Diploma holders(10+2+2 only).from a recognized University or Institution.
• Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent.
• Immediate joining required.
• Willing to Work in Night/ Rotational Shifts.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting.

Job Description:

• Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues.
• Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
• Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
• Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN
• Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.
• Inbound Customer service, general information related to customers account/billing query etc.
• Information related to customer order for new connection.
