- To provide clear status of pending work to Team Lead before proceeding on leave & identify a backup person within the team
- To provide the 1st level support to the HR community
- To conduct internal audit on data periodically
- Communicate with the Human Resources representative both by verbal and E-mail
- Thorough knowledge of policies / process of all assigned regions & other related systems
