Degree: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech

Other Skills Required:

• Candidates from B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronic Engineering from any recognized university.

• Candidates should have 6 months to 1 Year experience in Post Silicon validation/Characterization/Embedded software Unix C and/or Perl programming skills.

• Candidates with ATE programming skills would be an advantage.

• The applicant will provide characterization - Develop post silicon characterization plan for FIFO and Dual port RAM based products.

• The characterization plan should be covering all AC / DC parameters based on product datasheet.

• Design and develop ATE Test code / automation scripts required to accomplish complete product characterization.

• Manufacturing – Drive Yield improvements, test time reduction and critical coverage enhancement for existing products to meet internal Quality standard.

• Devise cost effective assembly and test manufacturing flow for existing and new silicon product to meet industry standard manufacturing cycle time.
