Desired Qualification:

Degree: B.E/B.Tech

Other Skills Required:

•  The candidate should  possess B.Tech (All) degree & Graduates in any stream

• Should be above 18 years & below 40 years of age.

• Should be comfortable working in night shifts i.e. 24x7x365 environment.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Should have 1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage.

• Relevant expereince of any industry would be taken into consideration.

• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, 
• Lexical Resource)

• Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.

• Should have the understanding of ISP/Networking concepts Possess good organizational & time management skills

• Should display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
