Other Skills Required:

• The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA graduate from any recognized university

• Understand the product requirement, Envision stakeholder requirements to transform the same to Use cases.

• Good at Linux and Shell scripting

• Write end to end manual test plans and execute test plans

• Setup lab infrastructure to simulate multiple test configurations

• Perform end to end integration and functional testing of the product and solution

• Automation experience is added advantage. Specially SILK tool knowledge is advantage.

• Linux and strong troubleshooting skills

• SIP, H.323, networking. RTP, SRTP.

• General Telecom knowledge, inbound Contact Center
