Job Description:
- Developer having good experience in implementing/customizing Remedy
- Development skills for customizing Remedy is must
- Strong in analysis, design, development, testing and support of remedy customized applications Must be ITIL v3 certified
- Strong software development skill
- A results-driven, customer-focused, articulate and analytical Senior Software Engineer
- Experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies - Good design Knowledge
- Exposure to UML Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram - Good at coding , Unit testing
