CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA from an accredited university or college with impressive academic records. A minimum of 0 to 1 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in software industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and listening skills
- Understand product features and technologies. Execute real-world use cases and automated test harnesses
- Execute functional, regression, sanity and upgrade test cases. Understand deployment and configuration for Support.com products
- Use existing test tools efficiently
- Configure the necessary test environment including OS installation
- Communicate testing status and issues on a regular basis adhering to existing process of QA
- Programming ability in one of the languages - C++, C#, Python, VB Script or Java Script.
- Preferred experience with testing consumer facing applications using black box testing techniques and practices
