Other Skills Required:

• The candidate should be any  graduate or post graduate degree from a reputed university.

• Should have some knowledge on Windows Client Operating Systems.

• At ease speaking to users in person, on the phone and via email/chat.

• Comfortable working with Windows operating systems and other Microsoft applications.

• Should be able to gather troubleshooting information.

• Must possess excellent written and oral English communication skills.

• Should be willing to work in shifts to provide 24 X 7 support.

• Should have basic networking skills with some understanding of LAN/WAN topologies.
