Job Description:
- Application’s Production environment's Operations Support working on 24X7 rotational shifts
- Maintain application’s proactive monitoring to mitigate unplanned system downtime
- Drive application specific SLAs
- Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of technical & Functional issues across group of corporate Applications
- Coordinates with Solutions team, Data Quality and Production Control teams to plan issue resolution timelines and execute deliveries
- Create new users, user security and profiles
- Prepare documentation
- Follow SDLC methodologies across all development activities

Qualification:
Degree: B.E/B.Tech/MCA
Other Skills Required:
- The candidate should be B.E/B.Tech/MCA graduate from recognized university.
- Should have good communication skills and verbal ability.
- Should possess good analytical and
critical problem solving skills.
