- Designs and develops computer software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development.
- Assists in defining, planning, and justifying (in business terms) projects to develop/implement automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Analyzes costs and vendor capabilities related to software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
